Quickly becoming a staple model of the adidas Originals retro runner catalog, the Adidas EQT Womens continues its run this fall with some more excellent looks. The cult classic running shoe that fans were overjoyed to see return last year gets two new premium looks for fall, which you can preview here in full detail. First up is a colorway that doesn’t stray too far from the original version with black and the
signature Adidas EQT Black shade of green, but this one receives tan nubuck outfitting the upper and a gum rubber outsole below, resulting in an outdoorsy look. Next, the Support ’93 takes on a whole new look with a predominantly black mesh and synthetic upper accented with bright red, teal, and just a touch of that OG green.
The three stripes have made major strides thanks to the development of Primeknit and Boost technologies, but on the retro front, their early 90s adidas Equipment line continues to be a fan-favorite. That being said, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that adidas Originals has managed to combine the two categories with the release of the Adidas EQT Mens. The women’s exclusive focuses on the EQT’s iconic shape and transforms it thanks to a seamless woven construction complete with a large opening in the midfoot section. The traditional EQT Racing midsole gets a revamped Torsion bar for added comfort.
Now joining the mix is the Adidas EQT Cheap silhouette adorned in another increasingly popular “Black Friday” trend, the “Triple Black” colorway. The updated version of the 90s Equipment Series runner features a knit upper with a pigskin nubuck quarter panel and an EVA midsole wrapped in a TPU cage.
